The PC Man Reviews aims to inform players and audiences of the performance of PC Video Games, Hardware and Software as well as Board Games and Accesories through objective reviews, fair reporting, and community involvement.
We’re Different
I see what’s going on out there; reviewers and game developers seem to be scratching each other’s backs. I take a different approach guaranteeing my independence from game studios and delivering a very fair and open process of game evaluation that provides you with the tools for decision making; not just reasons you should “buy”.
These reviews are the opinions of those writing them, I do not edit other than for spelling and I do not censor anyone’s comments good or bad. This is a place with no politics, no drama and no allegiances to developers.
Our Team
I started the site to keep myself busy after breaking my back in Hurricane Wilma. It sounds exciting but it was mostly drowning in sewerage and then not being able to walk very well.
After a few years it turned out I was unable to work for others so here I am, writing every day, reviewing games and trying to make my way in the world.
The purpose of this site is to inform, not just you, the reader but to let my two young children see that hard work pays. It may not pay off financially but it is good for the soul to have a purpose in life. Money isn’t everything and it would be easy to give up and do nothing but what would I be teaching my children?
This is why I have no agenda, no motive, and my integrity is so important, I am being a parent first and a reviewer second.
In looking for others to join the community of reviewers. I find authors directly from Steam or Game Forums and I attempt to recruit only those I spot who make critical analysis and give honest, unbiased opinions on games.
Our Reporting
Our sources are largely based on press releases from other companies combined with traditional journalism and finding links and leads while investigating our sources and verifying the integrity of the news articles we publish.

Most of the games reviewed are from copies sent by developers. This has never affected my opinion of a game, see the many low scores I have given, and it never

The site is built in WordPress which makes it easy for us to collaborate on the site. Some of these plugins require cookies. I do not know what those cookies are or do. I do not knowingly use any form of tracking on the site. If you make a purchase I will use your details to send items to you. If you give me an email address and want an update on your order I will use it, if you want to be informed about new items I have designed I will send them to you, however, I have no intention of tracking what you are doing day to day, If you want to buy a coffee from Starbucks you can do so knowing that I will not then send you five emails asking if you would like to buy a cup holder I designed.
